Dabetes Control Ke Gharelu Nuskhe:
- Karela Ka Ras – Karela insulin ki tarah kaam karta hai. Roz subah khaali pet karele ka ras piye. Ye blood sugar naturally kam karta hai.
- Methi Ka Pani – Raat ko ek chammach methi daane paani mein bhigo dein. Subah khaali pet ye paani piye aur methi bhi khaye. Blood sugar control hogi.
- Jamun Ki Guthli – Jamun ki guthli sukhakar powder banao. Roz ek chammach garam paani ke saath lo. Ye diabetes mein bahut faydemand hai.
- Amla Ka Ras – Amla Vitamin C se bharpoor hai aur blood sugar regulate karta hai. Roz ek amla khao ya ras piye.
- Neem Ke Patte – Khaali pet 4-5 neem ke patte chahaba-chahake khane se blood sugar mein fayda milta hai.
- Dalchini (Cinnamon) – Dalchini insulin sensitivity badhati hai. Chai ya doodh mein ek chutki dalchini dale.
- Aloe Vera – Aloe vera ka gel blood sugar level kam karne mein madad karta hai.
