High Blood Pressure Ko Gharelu Nuskhon Se Kaise Control Karein

High Blood Pressure yaani Hypertension ko ‘Silent Killer’ kaha jaata hai kyunki ye zyada symptoms nahi dikhata lekin dheere dheere heart, brain, aur kidneys ko nuksaan pahunchata hai. India mein lagbhag 20-40% adults hypertension se pareshan hain.

Gharelu Upay

  1. Lahsun

Lahsun blood pressure kum karne mein bahut effective hai. Isme allicin compound hota hai jo blood vessels ko relax karta hai. Roz subah khaali pet 2-3 kacha lahsun cheeyein aur khayein. Lahsun capsules bhi le sakte hain.

  1. Methi Dana

Methi dana potassium aur fiber se bharpoor hai jo blood pressure control karta hai. Roz subah ek chammach methi dana paani ke saath lein ya methi ka paani peeyein.

  1. Hibiscus Tea (Gurhal Ki Chai)

Hibiscus ke phoolon se bani chai blood pressure kum karne mein very effective hai. Research mein paya gaya hai ki ye systolic BP 10-15 point kum kar sakta hai. 2-3 hibiscus phool ek cup paani mein ubaalein aur peeyein.

  1. Dalchini

Dalchini blood vessels ko relax karta hai aur blood pressure kum karta hai. Roz chai ya khaane mein thodi dalchini add karein ya garm paani mein dalchini powder milaakar peeyein.

  1. Namak Kam Karein

Namak (sodium) blood pressure badhane ka sabse bada karan hai. Roz 5g se kam namak khayein. Processed food, chips, pickles, papad mein bahut namak hota hai – inhe avoid karein.

  1. Banana

Kela potassium se bharpoor hota hai. Potassium sodium ke effects ko balance karta hai aur blood pressure control karta hai. Roz ek kela zaroor khayein.

  1. Yoga Aur Exercise

Roz 30 minute ki moderate exercise blood pressure 5-10 point kum kar sakti hai. Swimming, walking, cycling best options hain. Pranayam khaaskar Anulom Vilom bahut faydemand hai.

  1. Stress Kam Karein

Stress blood pressure badhane ka ek bada karan hai. Meditation, deep breathing, aur proper neend se stress kam karein.

  1. Alcohol Aur Smoking Chhod Dein

Dono blood pressure badhaate hain aur heart ko damage karte hain.

  1. Vajan Control Karein

Har 1 kg vajan ghataane se blood pressure lagbhag 1 mmHg kum hota hai.

Zaruri Baat

Gharelu nuskhe doctor ki dawa ki jagah nahi le sakte. Agar aap BP ki dawa le rahe hain to band mat karein. Doctor ki regular supervision mein rahein.
