Khoon ki kami yaani Anemia India mein bahut common problem hai, khaaskar mahilaaon aur bacchon mein. WHO ke anusaar India mein lagbhag 50% pregnant mahilaaon mein anemia hai. Isme haemoglobin level normal se kam ho jaata hai jisse body ko poora oxygen nahi milta.

Gharelu Nuskhe Aur Diet Tips
- Chukander (Beetroot)
Chukander iron se bharpoor hota hai aur haemoglobin badhane mein bahut helpful hai. Roz ek glass chukander ka juice peeyein ya salad mein khayein. Nimbu ka ras milane se iron absorption badh jaata hai.
- Palak
Palak non-heme iron ka bahut achha source hai. Palak ki sabzi, soup, ya smoothie banayein. Saath mein Vitamin C wale food lein (nimbu, amla) kyunki ye iron absorption 3 guna badhata hai.
- Khajoor Aur Kismis
Khajoor aur kismis iron, Vitamin B aur minerals se bharpoor hain. Roz subah 5-7 khajoor ya mutthi bhar kismis khaane se anemia mein bahut faida hota hai. Badam ke saath khayein – bahut faydemand combination hai.
- Til (Sesame Seeds)
Kaale til mein iron ki matra bahut zyada hoti hai. Roz ek chammach til paani mein bheeg kar khayein ya til ke laddu khayein. Ye haemoglobin badhane ka bahut purana nuskha hai.
- Anaar (Pomegranate)
Anaar mein iron, Vitamin C aur folic acid hota hai. Roz ek anaar khayein ya ek glass anaar ka juice peeyein. Ye haemoglobin bahut jaldi badhata hai.
- Amla
Amla mein Vitamin C bahut zyada hota hai jo iron ko absorb karne mein madad karta hai. Roz subah ek amla khayein ya amla ka murabba khayein.
- Tulsi
Tulsi mein iron aur Vitamin C dono hote hain. Roz subah khaali pet 5-7 tulsi ke patte cheeyein aur khayein.
